Applications of 100CrMo7 round bar, hot-rolled, spheroidise annealed
100CrMo7 steel in hot-rolled round bars, spheroidise annealed, represents a variant of 100Cr6 with greater hardenability thanks to the addition of molybdenum. This composition makes it ideal for larger components.
Particularly suited for the production of rings for large-size bearings, rollers and components requiring high wear resistance even on substantial sections. The spheroidal structure ensures excellent machinability.
Supply in the spheroidise annealed condition ensures optimal characteristics for machining prior to final heat treatments.
